Helpful for back pain! I have been dealing with multiple issues with my lower back and cervical spine. My lower back pain makes me slouch which has been causing issues with my discs etc.This brace is so good at straightening your posture. It also has lower back support so the combination is what helps. I have tried just the upper posture braces and it did not help much in my case. The straps are easily adjustable so if you are doing something where you need more support it’s easy to readjust it. It doesn’t pinch at the underarm area either.I bought a size small and it fits great. I am a female and am 5’3 and weigh about 115. I wear a size 4 in pants and medium in shirts just for reference. I wear it over a T-shirt while I am doing things around the house. I have not worn it out of the house because it is pretty bulky. If you wore a sweatshirt over it you could probably hide it, but I have yet to need it out of the house. I do wear it for walking on my treadmill which I would not be able to do without it. It has held up well to the moisture from sweating too. I am happy to be able to do things that I couldn’t do before I got this. Was surprised by how much this brace helped me!

I had to purchase all three sizes. It dose matter how the brace fits so it can work properly. I’m 5 feet tall about 145 lb. I ended up staying with the small just cause it fit my back right. It was a little bit tight but the support was just right. Your able to move normally and is made of breathable material.

I’m honestly loving this. I wear it comfortably for about 3hrs a day. It’s super stylish even, a few people have thought it was a corset so it definitely doesn’t look like a brace. The sizing was perfect and it fits snuggly without being constricting. I’d recommend not wearing it over a lot of layers cause it’s quite thick and not very breathable. It’s so easy to hunch when metal detecting, gold panning, or fishing. You’re carrying a long or heavy instrument in front of you, looking down, and constantly bending over to dig, land, or inspect something. The pain in the area on my back between my shoulder blades became too unbearable for even 800mg Motrin. So I got this posture device. I had another brand before, but this is far more comfortable. I also like how all the metal braces can be removed and it can be washed. I was taking it in the shower with me to clean but now I just wash on delicate with the metal strips removed, then tumble on cold or air dry. You will want to at least give it a rinse and dry after wearing it for a few hours because it will be sweaty. Buy two and avoid being down and out without your brace.Only downsides:1.) There’s no way to avoid soaking your shirt in sweat. I’d love a device that was more breathable. But pick your battles, amiritre? I’ll take a sweaty shirt over being unable to sleep because I’m in pain.2.) It can be awkward to put on. Best to release the tension on the velcro straps, lay or down inside side down, make sure nothing is twisted, then put on. Secure waist band then tighten waist straps followed by shoulder straps. Might need to tinker with what works best for you.Highly recommended for anyone who hunches. Especially those who feel back pain after using any equipment suspended in front of them.

I have had round shoulders since I was a child. Everyone always told me to stand up straight. Unfortunately I didnt listen and as I became an adult my lower back began to bend forward. I am Very Happy with this Posture Corrector/back brace! I bought it to help me with back pain And nerve numbness and throbbing caused by the weight of my G-cup breasts. They didn’t used to bother me when I was younger, but I am approaching 50, and my body was wearing down from all the “front-heavy” weight.Because of this problem, I needed something to support my back and keep my shoulders from slumping, which was causing nerves to be severely pinched, as well as lots of muscle pain throughout my shoulders, neck, and upper back. after having more back surgeries than I care to think about, and the lower levels of my spine fused together and encapsulated in titanium, my posture has suffered. I have tried so many solutions shoulder wraps, tactile reminders, as well as several other voodoo like devices. Nothing works for one of two reasons – sweat defeats any non “wrap” product and binding under the arms defeats all the wrap methods.when I found these, I was skeptical, but I also saw enough to try. Glad I did. This system is comfortable and complete. while it looks like a bulky vest, it fits under tshirts without notice. it has changed the way I stand. Anyone that has worked on posture knows that it is something you start off doing well then at some point you “wake up” and realize your slouching. what I found with these braces is that it works when your mind is else where. the way the straps work, it prevents the common cutting underneath the arms.I highly recommend this product. If you sweat a lot, I have had good success with alternating 2 of these (hanging up the one unworn to air out) without generating any mildew or adverse problems.

This is my first posture corrector ever. I love this thing so much that I bought another one about a week later. One will be for daytime use and one for nighttime use. I was able to wear mine for 2 hours the very first time instead of a shorter time period which was recommended. It is VERY comfortable. I do not have back or neck problems, but my posture needed correcting. I adjusted it so that it pushes my shoulders back from their slouched position. They are perfectly straight now. This product basically reminds your body to sit up and stand up straight. Wear with cotton underneath so there is no appreciable rub. I am small in stature so I was lucky to get results quite quickly. My usage now is 2 hours per day and about 1 hour at night (give or take). It’s easy to put on and can be adjusted in so many ways depending on what you are targeting and how tight you want it. Don’t forget to catch yourself in the mirror while wearing it- you will see a difference in your posture immediately which gives motivation to keep wearing it.

I liked the good one, but not in the summer. when worn a wet T-shirt. and in winter it will be good. the back is flat, comfortable to wear

I recommend it, I was getting it wrong but I checked the video. At first it is a little complicated to get it on but then you get used to it.
